Who we are
The openwork® devising, methodological definition, technological implementation, promotion and marketing are entirely managed by Net Sistemi Srl, Independent Software Vendor now identified with the name of its sole product: the openwork® Business Process Management suite.
openwork® came to life from intuition, in the nineties, well before its time compared to the market of software solutions, with WorkFlow and Document Management logics that could have an approach and tools close to the demands of users non-experts of technology. In the most broad and complete perspective of Business Process Management, the scope of the openwork® intervention has therefore increased during the years, with constant evolution that still continues today. This is the result of many years of planning and investments in research and development, outlining a completely original and innovative approach.
The company, located in both Milan and Bari, uses an indirect model, based on a Business Partner channel and it is entirely structured in areas: the heart of the business is managed by Marketing, Sales, Research & Development and BPM Consultancy, supported by Human Resources, Finance, Accounting & Legal, Information & Communication Technology and Organization.

Through the consolidation of its own activities in Italy, openwork® starts
off its own foreign activities with primary attention to the European markets.
2005 Marketing and Sales
Greater focus and reinforcement of the two areas in order to increase the effectiveness
of the openwork® action on the market.
2004 Milan location
Reinforcement of the commercial presence of openwork® thanks to the opening
its location in Milan.
2003 openwork® WEB
Release of the first openwork® web-based version, immediately adopted by
important clients in public and private companies.
2001 openwork® C/S
Presentation of the first openwork® Client/Server version at SMAU.
1998 Net Sistemi
Net Sistemi was born from Aptech engineering experience: the company starts
its analysis and research activities for the implementation of openwork®.
1993 First steps
The Net Sistemi future founders debut in the Information Technology world with
the constitution of Aptech engineering, realizing software solutions for the
management of orders.
